God has an answer for addictive behaviors, and that answer is freedom in Christ. The goal of Northland’s addiction recovery ministries is not only to help people stop destructive behaviors, but to enable them to get radically right with God and experience freedom in Christ that He purchased for us on the cross. “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery” (Galatians 5:1).
For young adults, age 25 to 45. Common Ground Meets on Mondays from 7:15pm to 8:15pm in ‘The Rink.’ Build authentic Christian community, grow spiritually mature, and affect the surrounding community with Christ’s love, reflected serving God. Disaster Response at Northland are teams that train for and respond to disasters, complementing and supporting government and emergency agencies as they respond to communities in need. Teams feed survivors and first responders and assist with a variety of medical, personal and community needs.
