God I pray for my daughter who is having an addiction to pain killers. She is currently in a Detox but tells me she is still craving the pills. They want to put her in a methadone program but not sure if her insurance will cover it. Please god I ask that you help her to be strong and help me to be able to support her. This is her third time and she has a 5 year old daughter that absolutely adores her mom but she is suffering like I am. I told her I would take her daughter from her if she does not get help. She is a student at Valencia College and last session was on the Dean's Honor list. She is such a smart girl and wasting away with these pills. Please help her get off this horrible disease. My health is not the best. Last year I went through 9 months in the hospital. My colon ruptured, I was in a coma for 22 days. I now have a colostomy. I was told I would never walk again but thanks to God i got up within a month of being home and I'm walking and driving. However, I am having problems with my colostomy now and my doctor wants to do a reversal. I feel I am not ready to go back to the hospital yet. I am just now regaining my strength. I want to wait awhile. Not sure what I should do. Please help me also with my decision. I recently married a little over 2 years ago and my wonderful husband was on my side throughout my mishap last year. I don't want to lose him. This problem has caused him to drink a lot now and I am trying to get him to stop. He wants to stop but unfortunately has been unable. So you see I have 3 real problems that I am asking for prayer help. I am asking for all the help I can get. I have been learning to read the bible and been trying my best to pray. I have been to Northland a few times but have been unable to attend on a weekly basis. I want to go more often but I do try to watch your sermons online in the meantime. Heavenly Father, I am praying and asking the you please surround my 21 yr old daughter, Chrissy, with your children who will lead her back to you.
